Service Changes in the Netherlands and Hungary

We have important information for you regarding services in Hungary and the Netherlands. In both cases, we ask for your cooperation in updating the information on your website.
Netherlands: End of Return Address
The Dutch return address will be cancelled with immediate effect. Parcels will be accepted at the address until 26 September 2021.
Parcels that are already on the way will be accepted at the address and then returned to you by the standard method. Parcels that arrive or are sent to the return address after the stated date of 26 September 2021 will no longer be accepted and therefore will not be processed.
We are currently looking for a new partner to operate a return address in the Netherlands. In the meantime, please update the information on your website as soon as possible.
Hungary: New Depot Address
Our Hungarian entity Packeta Hungary (former Csomagküldő.hu) has moved its main depot and headquarters to a new address.
This news is also connected with the change of the billing address and the closure of the pick-up point at ul. Teve Utca, where it will no longer be possible to accept any parcels or returns. New address of the depot:
