We would like to inform you about the change of the return logistics process in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Thanks to our network, which has over 5 600 pick-up points in these countries, we have a sufficiently dense coverage in order to cancel return addresses in Prague, Bratislava and Budapest.
This is good news for you because:

What does this mean for your customers?
For parcel returning, you can use the service Return parcel or the Warranty assistant. Afterwards, your customers only take the concerned goods to one of our dispatch points, where the staff will process and send it back to you.
The season is in full swing, the parcel flow is enormous and our spaces are limited in this regard. This is why return addresses for receiving these parcels will be closed in the mentioned countries from 1. 12. 2020. Therefore, we kindly ask you to modify the information of your e-shops as soon as possible.
