Information Considering Services Abroad

Carriers abroad informed us about the news and changes on their side:

Slovak Post: Payment by card
Regarding Home delivery, via carrier SK Slovak Post HD, from December 10th, 2020, it will be possible to pay the cash on delivery items by payment card. The charge is 1, 4 % of the value of the cash on delivery item and will be charged when the customer decides to use this option during takeover.
Ukraine: Change of Carrier Name
z UA Rosan HD na UA Meest HD
Our Ukrainian partner changed the name of the service UA Rosan HD to UA Meest HD. This change will be valid starting December 1st, 2020, and this is only a cosmetic modification in our system. The ID of the carrier, price and also method of submission stay the same.
Hungary: Limits of DPD
Like in the Czech Republic, the Hungarian courier DPD also set limits for the service Home delivery, due to the significant increase in the number of parcels in this difficult period of the Christmas season. For this reason, it will no longer be possible to use this service directly. But the carrier DPD continues to be incorporated in our service HU Home delivery HD together with Hungarian Post and the courier Express One. This change is effective immediately.
What does this mean for you?
When submitting parcels to the address of the recipient, it is necessary to choose the service HU Home delivery HD (ID 4159) instead of DPD, or directly HU Hungarian Post HD (ID 763).
Bulgaria: Change of Return Address
In Bulgaria, we are introducing a new return address, which will be available for you from December 1st, 2020. Parcel receipt at the old address will function until the end of the year, which means until December 31st, 2020. This is why we ask you to perform the changes in your systems as soon as possible.
