Below you can find all available information regarding the current measures of our partner carriers abroad, which we update regularly.

|Country||Carrier||Blocked ZIPs and other measures||Ukraine||Meest, Nova Poshta||The suspension of parcel delivery to Ukraine was lifted on 29 July 2022. Delivery services are running in a limited regime, and we will relaunched them with the carriers Meest HD (Rosan) and Nova Poshta PP. The prices of delivery services were increased from 29 July, and the prices of customs declarations (this concerns all our international partner carriers) will be increased from 1 September 2022.||Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia||Lithuanian Post||As of 8 August 2022, we are launching delivery via Lithuanian Post in the Baltics region. Home delivery service will be available across all 3 countries. Delivery to locker boxes will be available only in Lithuania.||Poland||Polish Post||From 8 September 2022, the option to pay COD upon parcel pick-up at Polish Post pick-up points is no longer available.||Russia||Russian Post||Due to current events, parcel delivery to Russia has been suspended until further notice.||Croatia||Croatian Post||From 1 July 2022, there will be a new return address in Croatia: Packeta International s.r.o - HR post (NSC), Code for return parcels, Poštanska 9, 10410 Velika Gorica.||Germany||DPD, Hermes, GLS, DHL||We´ve launched DPD for home delivery in Germany so we currently work with 2 carriers within the German BDS: Hermes and DPD. Effective from May 31, 2022, we will be terminating our cooperation with the German carrier GLS. As of March 31, 2022, we had terminated our partnership with DHL.||France||Colissimo||The service of signature confirmation upon delivery to an address is now fully available.||Spain||Correos||The Spanish carrier Correos has introduced contactless delivery. Now, the couriers do not require recipients to sign a proof of receipt.||Denmark||dao||As of June 24, 2022, we are terminating our cooperation with the Danish carrier dao due to low interest in their services.|
