Current measures of carriers
09.03.2021, 6:20 pm
Parcels sent before 5.3.2021 will be delayed (this applies to carriers; Royal Mail, NL Post, BE Dutch Post, LU DPD and NL Dutch Post). The delay is due to the closure of the depot in Pulheim and the introduction of mandatory 14-day quarantine for all employees because of Covid-19. All parcels are redirected to a backup depot in the Netherlands, but they may still be delayed.
Thank you for your understanding,
