| Country | Carrier | Current measures | Sweden, Finland, Denmark | PostNord | From May 18, 2026, the carrier PostNord is changing the formula for calculating volumetric weight of parcels. | Greece | Taxydromiki or Speedex | Packeta is ending cooperation with Taxydromiki and Speedex in Greece as of March 30, 2026, and any unprocessed shipments will be redirected to Elta. The return address in Greece is also changing, and returns will only be accepted via Elta. | Poland | Polish Post, InPost, DPD | From February 16, 2026, Packeta will allow clients to choose a specific Polish carrier directly when submitting parcels to Poland. The original PL Home Delivery HD branch will remain available, but new direct options such as Polish Post, InPost, and DPD will be added. | Austria | Austrian Post | Packeta has introduced a new return address in Austria, effective immediately, and asks partners to update it by the end of January 2026. Returns can still be sent only via Austrian Post (Paket service), as other carriers will not be accepted. | Ireland | Fastway | Fastway has stopped its operations because its parent company has gone into bankruptcy. All shipments are now being handled by An Post. | Switzerland | Swiss Post | Launch of new carrier Swiss Post starting September 1, 2025. CH Swiss Post HD – ID 29738, CH Swiss Post Priority HD – ID 30383. | Greek Islands | Taxydromiki | Effective immediately until 15 October 2025, the service GR Taxydromiki HD (ID 8847) was suspended at these Greek Islands: Santorini, Lefkada, Korfu, Zakynthos, Mykonos, Rhodos. | Ukraine | Meest Poshta + Nova Poshta | From 1 September 2025, it will be mandatory to fill in EAN code (8-14 digits) of shipped goods to customs declaration via API. Without this, parcels will not be admitted for transport. | Cyprus | BoxNow | We are launching Cyprus as a new delivery country from 1 April 2025. Parcel delivery will be available only to locker boxes thru our partner BoxNow via service CY BoxNow Box (ID 35319). | Croatia | BoxNow | From 1 April 2025, partner carrier BoxNow is extending their services to Croatia. Box delivery will be available to 800 locations thru service HR BoxNow Box (ID 35369). | Bulgaria | Speedy | From 1 March 2025, carrier Speedy is changing the formula for volumetric parcel weight in Bulgaria which will concern all shipments above 7 kg real weight. This applies to services BG Speedy HD (ID 4015) and BG Speedy PP (ID 4017). | Romania | FAN Courier | From 10 February 2025, we will be adding FANboxes to our service portfolio. This locker box delivery option by FAN Courier has become very popular and offers over 2 000 locations within their network. You can find it under ID 32428. | Croatia | Croatian Post | Our partner carrier Croatian Post is changing their Terms and Conditions, and as a result, there are severe restrictions in parcel size coming to effect.The new max allowed parcel size is 60 x 60 x 60 cm. All parcels exceeding these limits will be returned. | Italy | Italian Post | From 16 December 2024, we will be adding another service by Italian Post to our portfolio—IT Italian Post Punto Poste PP (ID 32528). This service provides parcel delivery to over 7 000 partner locations such as supermarkets or local shops. | Bulgaria | BoxNow | From 22 November 2024, we will be extending the services of our partner BoxNow to Bulgaria. Thru the service BG BoxNow Box (ID 33777), you can now take advantage of over 700 locker boxes for parcel delivery. | Germany | Hermes | From January 2025, the reform of local Postal Act will become effective. All parcels above 10 and 20 kg are obliged to be specifically labeled. When shipping parcels over 10 kg using DE Hermes services, the mandatory symbol will appear on the label automatically after entering the parcel weight. | USA | FedEx | Recently, parcels shipped to the USA have been more frequently inspected by local Customs authorities. To avoid potential complications or delays in delivery, we advise all clients using US FedEx HD services to provide correct customs information, such as HS codes and sufficient description of the goods. | Israel | FedEx | From 20 November 2023, we will be suspending delivery services in Israel. The suspension will concern both externally provided services, IL FedEx HD Economy (ID 19330) and IL FedEx HD Priority (ID 19329). |
