Current measures of carriers
Even in the current complicated situation, we are ready and will ensure the best quality of transport of your goods. Our international network of pick-up points and logistics work and we try to deliver all parcels abroad. We expect that external carriers will again introduce various security measures, seasonal surcharges or limit their shipment capacities. Below you will find all our available information, which we will update regularly here on the blog.

In order to be able to deliver your goods to customers reliably, we will deliver all shipments submitted to Express One using the Best Delivery Solution. What does it mean for you? With immediate effect, please submit shipments instead of HU Express One HD (ID 151) directly to HU Home Delivery HD (ID 4159). Express One is currently systemically disabled, so shipments cannot be made. | Hungary | DPD | The Hungarian carrier DPD informed us that, taking into account the current situation and the possibilities of the logistics network in Hungary, it will from now on the limit the number of shipments sent per day. We respond to the above information received from DPD with immediate effect by changing the direct shipment: In order to effectively deliver the goods to customers, all shipments handed over to DPD will be delivered using the Best Delivery Solution. What does it mean for you? From now on, all shipments should be delivered directly via HU Home Delivery HD (ID 4159). The DPD carrier is currently deactivated in the system, so it is not possible to send packages through it. | Lithuania | Omniva | To prevent the spread of coronavirus as much as possible, the following temporary changes in parcel delivery are being introduced in Lithuania: Temporary suspension of courier services for private customers. Exceptionally, a shipment that does not fit on the parcel machine will be delivered to the specified address. Seasonal surcharges of carriers in Europe
Our logistic partners are now preparing for the multiple higher volumes of parcels during the pre-Christmas period. In order to manage the onrush without a collapse, most of them regulate the amount of parcels with the temporary increase of prices. We are therefore forced to reflect their seasonal surcharges into our price list. We want to assure you that the whole sum of these surcharges falls to the given carrier and unfortunately, it is not in our power to impact the amount of surcharges.
