Termination of Cooperation with Slovak Post
Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you that we have agreed with Slovak Post (carrier SK Slovak Post HD) to terminate our cooperation with effect from 31 March 2022.
The home delivery service remains in our offer. Within Slovakia, we will now provide it exclusively through our own service Packeta Home (SK Packeta Home HD). Parcels sent to addresses will no longer be delivered to customers by our shipping partners, but directly by Packeta couriers. We will take care of all delivery options as well as their quality directly.

3 different options of paying cash on delivery
The customer can choose whether to pay cash on delivery in advance online via the payment gateway or by cash or card directly to the courier. All Packeta couriers accept payment by card.
Timely notification of parcel delivery
We send email and SMS notifications of delivery time with a 3-hour time window.
We will try to deliver the parcel three times
The recipient does not need to be stressed if they find a missed call from the courier. He/she will get two more chances for the delivery of the parcel.
Parcel storage at the pick-up point
If the courier cannot reach the recipient at the address, he/she will deposit the parcel at the nearest pick-up point after agreement with the recipient, where he/she can pick it up the same day.
Pin or QR code for parcel pickup
The recipient does not need to show any proof of identity to the Packeta courier. It is enough to report the PIN code or show him/her the QR code you received in the SMS message.
