A few days ago, we informed you about terminating our cooperation with carrier DPD in Hungary. As a following step, we must notify you that we are also closing the cooperation in two other countries: Slovenia and Croatia.
Terminating DPD
Monday, 8 April 2024 will be the last day you can submit a parcel to this carrier in our system (for both countries).
From 9 April, neither brach HR DPD HD (ID 4646) nor SI DPD HD (ID 4949) or SI DPD PP (ID 4950) will be available.
We encourage you to physically submit all shipments to DPD for Slovenia or Croatia in advance so that we can distribute them by Friday 19 April, which will be the last day of operation.
As mentioned, the last day of dispatch to DPD will be 19 April. Parcels that could not be processed by this date due to late submission to our network will be automatically redirected to Croatian Post in Croatia and Slovenian Post in Slovenia and will be charged at those carriers’ prices, not the original DPD ones. Concerning parcels going to pick-up points—our customer care team will contact the client directly to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Once DPD is switched off, you can choose from these options for home delivery services:
