Our Pick-up Points in the Czech Republic are Now Available at Selected OKAY Stores, OK POINT and ČD Ticket Offices
Zásilkovna is expanding its network of pick-up points with new partners. Customers in the Czech Republic can now pick up their parcels at pick-up points at most branches of OKAY Elektro and OK POINT and also at the Czech Railways business premises at selected railway stations. In total, there are 150 new pick-up points and the number will continue to increase. Zásilkovna now has almost 7,200 pick-up points in the Czech Republic, and, therefore, has the largest network in the Czech Republic.
“We are pleased that our network of pick-up points is constantly growing and that we have new partners. Pick-up points are an increasingly popular place for customers to pick up their parcels. People especially appreciate the fact that they can pick up their parcels at a time that suits them, they don’t have to stand in lines and everything takes a few seconds. I believe that the branches of OKAY, OK POINT and Czech Railways will become frequently used pick-up points and that our cooperation will further develop,” says Luboš Moravec, manager of the network of pick-up points of Zásilkovna.

OKAY Elektro
The company OKAY is a purely Czech company, and is one of the most prominent electrical and furniture retailers. It operates a total of 140 brick-and-mortar stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and its own e-shop. OKAY regularly ranks among the top-rated electrical appliance retailers.

Czech Railways
Passengers can find the branches of Zásilkovna at train stations most often at ČD ticket offices and luggage storage facilities or in the premises used during the year, among other things, for the ČD Bike service. The specific location and opening hours are published on the website of Zásilkovna.
“People now have the opportunity to pick up their ordered parcels conveniently directly at the station, for example on their way from work or school. We believe that by expanding our services with the network of Zásilkovna branches in railway stations, we will once again contribute to making public transport more attractive for people,” says Petr Vondráček, Director of the Czech Railways Passenger Transport Sales Department.

OK POINT
Broker Consulting, a consulting company linking the financial and real estate sectors, has also started cooperation with Zásilkovna. At selected franchise branches of OK POINT under the auspices of Broker Consulting, clients have the opportunity to send or pick up their parcel. The branches will thus expand their portfolio of services in the field of financial and real estate intermediation by the very popular parcel delivery services in the Czech Republic.
“The long-term goal of OK POINT branches is to enable our clients to handle banking, financial and real estate matters under one roof, thus simplifying their lives. Moreover, by extending our services to offer convenient parcel handling at the same place, we will help them save time, which they can spend on more important things and, as I hope, contribute to their greater satisfaction. The inclusion of OK POINTs in the list of Zásilkovna pick-up points will undoubtedly be welcomed by the residents of the given locations who are not our clients,” says Radim Štantejský, Project Manager of the OK POINT network, about the launch of the cooperation.
