OMNIVA: Changes in reverse logistics from Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia

We have received important information from Omniva, which covers our return address service for parcels from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
In these countries, return parcels can only be sent to the given return addresses via Omniva.
If the parcel is sent by another carrier, it will not be possible to receive or process it for procedural reasons.
