New format of printing labels from 1 June 2023
Please allow us to introduce a new feature in the label printing process in our client section that will ensure even faster parcel transport. From June, it will be possible to print labels to external carriers only in A6 format. Let us summarize for you why and what this change will bring.
Why this change?
At this moment, our client section enables you to print shipping labels for your parcels in several variations for an A4 sheet (210 × 297 mm).
If these labels are intended for shipments delivered by external carriers, the system will print so-called indirect labels which are or will not be accepted by our logistics partners. Therefore, we have to relabel all parcels with indirect labels ourselves at our depots and reprint direct labels for them.
The fact that from now on, you will be able to print these labels in A6 format directly will ensure that…
How will the change take effect?
If, after 1 June 2023, you´ll want to print labels that are required to be printed in A6 format in a different format through the client section, an error message (as you can see below) will pop up indicating that the label type needs to be changed.
Our system will automatically mark the concerned parcels with this icon on the left ↓
After that, for those parcels, select label printing in A6 format (from these options):
- A6 labels, 1/4 A4, direct print, print on A4, 1pc/page
- A6 labels, 1/4 A4, direct print, print on A4, 4pcs/page
The system will print direct labels given the carrier and thanks to that, it will no longer be necessary for us to relabel parcels at depots in order to submit them into our network.
Follow the A6 icon
Labels that require printing in A6 format will be marked by this icon in the client section. All other labels can be printed in the formats you are used to.
