New Depot and Return Address in Romania
Dear Clients,
Your volume of parcels to Romania is growing incredibly, which is why we have great news for you! In Bucharest, we are opening a new and larger depot, thanks to which we will provide you with a much more efficient delivery process in Romania.
The new premises are large enough to handle the increase of parcels during the upcoming season. The final organizational processes are already underway at the new address and the official move will take place on Monday, 27 September 2021.
This is associated with the change of the return address for returning parcels.

At the old address, the receipt of parcels will be available until Friday, 24 September 2021; therefore, we kindly ask you to change this information in your system as soon as possible. From 27 September 2021, we will accept parcels at the new depot.
