We have some important information for you regarding parcel delivery to Greece and Romania.
GREECE
The Greek carrier GR ACS (ID 7770) informed us of recorded complications with label reading. This applies to labels which are stuck to the corner of the parcel. It is not possible to scan these types of ACS labels automatically. Therefore, they have to be processed manually or completely relabeled.
The Correct Sticking of Labels Speeds up Parcel Processing
For this reason, we recommend placing the labels, if possible, into the middle section of the parcel, which means on a place where there will be minimal risk of damaging the bar code. Thanks to this, it will be possible to scan parcels quickly and effectively using the standard automated process, without the need of additional interventions.
ROMANIA
Our logistics partner Urgent Cargus (ID 590) went through the process of rebranding and newly operates under the name Cargus. The company has also adapted its new logo to the new name; however it still applies to the same carrier. Nothing changes for you besides the name and logo of the carrier. On the basis of these changes, we have only adjusted the name of the carrier in our price list and on our website.
Return Address – Specification
Customers can return parcels via our return address in Romania using several carriers. In the case of the Romanian Post, it is necessary to deliver parcels exclusively via their service Prioripost, which is the only service out of the provided services of the Romanian post which enables home delivery.
It is good to know that: It is important not to apply cash on delivery to parcels; otherwise it will not be possible to accept and process the parcel at the return address.
