DPD Slovenia: Additional charges for parcel pick-up at gas stations Petrol, OMV, 3DVA
Dear clients,
Let us inform you about an exception in the pick-up point delivery service — to gas station pick-up points Petrol, OMV, and 3DVA — with the Slovenian carrier DPD.
If a customer selects any of these pick-up points for the delivery of their parcel, they will be charged an additional 0,30 EUR for parcel pick-up and an additional 0,85 EUR for parcel pick-up with COD (when picking up a parcel with COD, the customer will be charged a total of 1,15 EUR).
The additional charges are calculated by Petrol, OMV, or 3DVA and must be paid upon parcel pick-up. We suggest you inform your customers if necessary.
