Dear clients,
We would like to draw your attention to a change in the submission process of parcels to the United Kingdom, specifically with the Royal Mail carrier. The original and “oldest” option to submit parcels via Roayl Mail (ID 1120) is now closed in the system and is therefore no longer available. Please, adjust your settings in your e-shops, otherwise our system will not accept your parcels.

The possibility of submitting parcels without a customs declaration remains
Both Royal Mail services can be used without filling in customs declaration documents. That is, at least until the United Kingdom officially leaves the EU.
Return address in Greece
In Greece, the address for your return shipments is changing. In order to ensure trouble-free reverse logistics, please correct the old version in your online stores to the new one. The new address is already operational. At the old address, the receipt of consignments will operate until 31 July 2020.
