Customs Procedure
Then send the completed and signed document to the following emails:

Include the following in the email subject: FedEx Power of Attorney – name of your online shop
Customs clearance of shipments and processing of the customs declaration is included in the price of freight. Shipments are cleared in postal mode.
Export documents will be provided to you upon request directly by FedEx at CZexport.GTS@fedex.com.
❗ Cash on delivery parcels cannot be sent to Turkey and Israel.
❗ Shipping to a P.O. BOX is not possible for Turkey and Israel.
Calculation of Parcel Weight
The weight of the parcel is calculated volumetrically using the formula width x length x height in centimeters / 5000.
COVID-19 Airfreight Surcharge
During the coronavirus crisis period, the carrier will charge a fee for all parcels related to the cost of air freight. For a specific breakdown of the surcharge and a breakdown of prices by weight category, please refer to the complete price list.

- Generally prohibited items (same as for the USA)

- Cannabis products such as cosmetics, clothing, food, etc. that contain THC
- Food and beverages, especially alcoholic beverages
- Coffee, tea
- Colognes and perfumes
- Computer components and computer software
- Cosmetics in any form (liquid, cream, powder, etc.)
- Dangerous goods as defined by IATA (International Air Transport Association)
- Ivory
- Medical/dental supplies and equipment
- Mobile phones (only accepted by companies with an import license)
- Tobacco and tobacco leaves
- Articles imported in violation of copyright, trademark and/or patent laws
- Goods produced by forced labor or prisoners
- Handcrafted wooden articles from China that contain wooden elements or twigs larger than 1 cm in diameter
