We have important information for you regarding the current situation in Ukraine.
 
Unfortunately, as of today (Feb 24, 2022), we cannot guarantee parcel delivery services and eventual returns. The situation in Ukraine is heated and chaotic; therefore, at this moment, we recommend you stop shipping to Ukraine completely. Meaning that, as of today, Packeta is closing the possibility to send shipments to Ukraine until further notice. 
 
Regarding the parcels which are currently in the Packeta network, we will be returning all of them. And regarding parcels that are being already transferred onto our delivery partners in Ukraine — we will try to get as much information as we can.
