Changes in the Issuance of Invoices at the Turn of the Month
Dear partners,
Starting from tomorrow, 1 June, 2021, there will be changes in invoicing – we are changing the day of issuing invoices at the turn of the month. During the week when the month breaks, invoicing will take place immediately on the day after the end of the month. What does this mean for you specifically? Everything is positive!
- You will have an invoice for a complete period (the documents will also include services for parcels for which cash on delivery is applied) and therefore cases where you find the same parcel on two documents should be minimized.
- You will receive the invoice immediately after the end of the month, so you will not have to wait for the document until the following Monday.
- The billing cycle will actually copy the month.
According to the new system, you will receive invoices for May by tomorrow, not until next Monday.
The change is valid from 1 June, 2021
During the month, you will be billed as usual. The change only applies to weeks during which the month breaks when the invoice will always be issued on the 1st day of the following month.
