Please be aware of suspicious activity we have recently detected in particular payment gateways (moneyget.shop) that wrongfully use the Packeta name and logo in what is called phishing —a fraud technique where a subject tries to trick you into giving away your private information such as credit card details, PIN or verification code when making a purchase online — in order to steal money from your account.
This payment gateway is not used by Packeta!
COD and payment for delivery are done safely via our mobile app or online payment — that you will be automatically guided towards when paying for our services.
Do not reveal your personal data
We recommend you do not reveal any personal information to this payment gateway and do not use it for online purchases or money transfers to avoid phishing attacks.
Beware of deceptive advertising
Fraudulent gateways have also been discovered to be advertised in selected online shops.
Keep your personal information safe. And, if at any time you come across something that does not sit right with you, please contact our customer service. We will be grateful for any information that could lead to catching the people doing this.
