3 Million Users Already Have the Zásilkovna Mobile App on Their Phones
Three million users have downloaded our app since its launch on 24 April 2019! Three million people can now send parcels conveniently, without submission slips and without lines. In addition to easy sending of parcels, the Zásilkovna mobile app also allows you to return parcels, open the Z-BOX, find the nearest branch or shows an overview of all received and sent parcels. You can also quickly find the password to pick up your delivered parcel. This is why 30% of the Czech population already have it on their phone!
The Between Us Service
The Between Us service, which enables sending parcels between individuals across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, was launched in April 2019. It is very easy to send a parcel with this service: just download the Zásilkovna mobile app, which is free of charge, enter the parcel and recipient details and then take the parcel to any of our drop-off points, of which we already have more than 7,400 in the Czech Republic. You don’t even need to know the recipient’s address: you can send it to a pick-up point which the addressee has at hand – and you simply select this place on the pick-up point map. You can also choose one of our Z-BOXes as a pick-up point.
