Suspending delivery services by FedEx in Israel
Dear clients,
Due to current events in Israel, we will be suspending delivery by the carrier FedEx from Monday, 20 November 2023.
The suspension will concern both services provided by our partner FedEx in this region, IL FedEx HD Economy and IL FedEx HD Priority. Unfortunately, due to the instability of the current situation there, we are unable to deliver shipments to some areas.
FedEx is our only delivery partner when it comes to this region, therefore suspending both IL FedEx HD Economy (ID 19330) and IL FedEx HD Priority (ID 19329) services will mean there will be no possibility to ship parcels to Israel with us from 20 November.
⚠️ In case the local situation gets stabilized, these delivery services will be restored which we will inform about in advance.
