Simona Kijonková Won the Golden Dolphin Prize
Our founder Simona Kijonková has won the prestigious Golden Dolphin prize in the competition Marketer of the year 2019 for creating the marketing structure of the holding Packeta, including the implementation of the new service Mezi námi (Between us) contributing to the growth of the groups turnover by 118 % for the year 2019.
I am very happy for the award. In 2019, the world was still normal. I greatly appreciate all of the marketers and publicists, who have to cope with everyday changes; immediately inform clients, partners and employees within the framework of crisis communication. During a crisis, fair and open communication is the most important. The year 2020 is different in all directions for all of us.
I thank my great team very much. This prize is yours, because in fact, you are the best, and without you, I would be standing under the stage and applauding for the others: Milan Šmíd, Aneta Uhlíková, Kamil Chalupa, Andrea Březovičová, David Pertl. Marketer of the year 2019
The ceremonial announcement of the 15th year of the competition Marketer of Year for 2019 was held, despite the current pandemic situation and with respect to all safety measures on Thursday, December 10th, 2020, in the theatre hall of the Club Lávka at Novotného lávka in Prague 1. The event was hosted by Karel Voříšek. Crystal dolphin statuettes made of Czech glass in an impressive design, made by the artistic glassmaker Vladimír Zubričan, were once again prepared for the winner. Also this year, the competition was under the auspices of prof. Philip Kotler, an important personality in world marketing. Besides the grand prizes, the evaluator’s commission also granted many other special prizes for outstanding activities and successful innovative marketing projects. Also, the presidium ČMS choose its candidates for awarding as well.
