Return address in Italy now valid for all carriers
Dear clients, please be informed that there´s been a change in the conditions of using the Italian return address.
The adress located at “Via Marinoni 1” will now accept return parcels from all carriers, not only Bartolini (as in the past). This change will take effect immediately.

Previously, it was possible to send claim assistant parcels only via the carrier Bartolini. If the parcel was sent there by another carrier, it could not be accepted or processed for procedural reasons.
Now, recipients can freely send parcels to this return address via any carrier.
A related change of service price in the basic price list will be effective from 1 November 2023.
Clients with individual price lists will be contacted by their sales representative regarding the price change directly.
