New return address in Poland
Dear clients,
please be informed there´s been a change in the return address in Poland. Customers can start shipping parcels there immediately.
Last week, as part of our ongoing commitment to improve and optimize our processes, a new depot was opened in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. This depot replaced the one in Cieszyn which was subsequently closed. Therefore, the change in return address must follow.

About the depot in Bielsko-Biała
This facility is not only larger but also equipped with the latest technology to ensure more efficient parcel sorting and handling. With a large area of 4 700 square meters, it will enhance our capabilities to offer you even better services. The parcels that were delivered to the old address at the Cieszyn depot were neither lost nor returned, our operations team has been manually forwarding them to the new depot in Bielsko-Biała.
