Did you order a parcel with Z-BOX delivery and are wondering what will happen if it’s full? Here are the answers!
If the Z-BOX you want your parcel delivered to is full at the first delivery try, we will make a second attempt to deliver it the next day. You will also receive an email prompting you to select your preferred sub delivery point. It is highly important to us that you have your parcel at your person as soon as possible.
If the Z-BOX your parcel was heading to is full, where does it go?
If the Z-BOX is occupied at the time of delivery, the parcel is returned to the depot and the delivery is reattempted the next workday.
If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to the depot again.
In that case, the customer receives an email prompting them to select their preferred alternative delivery point. This must be done by 9:59 PM on the day the second delivery try was attempted.
The next workday, the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point chosen by the recipient.
If the recipient does not select and sub delivery point, the parcel is automatically redirected to another one nearby the original delivery location.
