Geolocation – We will now correct addresses for you
We hear your requests and want to help you as much as possible. Therefore, we will now correct any errors in your customers’ addresses for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we are happy to respond to your feedback.
From 19. 8. 2021, the correction of incorrect addresses on your side will be switched off and the solution will take place directly at Zásilkovna.
What does this mean for you?
We believe that this change will only have a positive outcome and that the process of sending parcels will be considerably easier. We will correct addresses containing incorrect addresses in our system ourselves to the correct wording so that parcels directed to the address are delivered to your customers in order, quickly and without any complications.
Objectives of the cancellation of geolocation:
✔️ parcels arrive to customers quickly and without complications
✔️ decrease in the volume of returns
✔️ making work easier for our e-shop partners
The change will take place on 19. 8. 2021. With effect from this date, you will no longer receive emails requesting you to correct the address.
What about the parcels you have received a notification for?
For parcels for which you have already received an e-mail notification to correct the address, please correct the address on your side within 24 hours of the receipt of the notification at the latest. All other parcels will be corrected by us instead of you. From 25. 8. 2021 you will no longer see the address correction module in the CS (Client section).
We believe that this change will help to improve the parcel sending processes on your side and will contribute to your customers’ satisfaction with the service Zásilkovna to address.
