Updating Packeta’s GT&Cs from 1 August 2025
Dear partners,
We will be updating our General Terms and Conditions. The changes made will come into effect from 1 August 2025.
In comparison with the previous version, a few changes have been made. We highly recommend you review the entire document and familiarize yourself with the new GT&Cs.
The new General Terms and Conditions describe in more detail transport specifications, shipment parameters, commissions, GDPR, and more.
We´ve also added a new downloadable attachment to our website – a ZIP file of business annexes that extend the GT&Cs. These can be found here.
