Parcel size limitations by Croatian Post and a new return address in Zagreb
Dear partners,
We have two pieces of news for you today. Carrier Croatian Post is implementing parcel size restrictions and we’ve established a new return address. Both of these updates are already in progress.
Parcel size limitations by Croatian Post
Our long-term partner Croatian Post has significantly changed their Terms and Conditions, which now severely limit the max permitted parcel size.
New max parcel dimensions: 60 x 60 x 60 cm.
This change applies to services HR Croatian Post HD (ID 4634) and HR Croatian Post PP (ID 4635).
All parcels exceeding these dimensions will be considered pallet delivery and, due to the cost of pallet delivery, such parcels will be returned to us by Croatian Post. So, for parcels larger than these size limitations,we recommend using carrier HR Overseas Express (ID 10618).
New returns address in Zagreb, Croatia
Following up on the parcel size restrictions, we´ve established a new return address for you, where the original size limits apply (=1 side max 70 cm, sum of all 3 sides max 120 cm). Also, it is no longer restricted to Croatian Post only; now, parcels can be shipped here via any carrier.

We kindly ask you to change the information in your system, on your website, and anywhere else you have it publicly displayed by 31 January 2025 the latest.
Also, please note that from 1 February 2025, a new pricelist will come into effect, where the change of Croatian return address will be reflected. Clients will be contacted by a sales representative regarding this upcoming pricelist change.
