Poland: choose your carrier directly
Dear partners,
We would like to inform you that based on feedback, we are expanding delivery options for parcels sent to Poland.
From February 16, 2026, you will be able to choose a specific Polish carrier directly when submitting a parcel.
What’s changing?
Until now, parcels sent to an address in Poland were submitted exclusively via the PL Home Delivery HD branch, which automatically assigned the final carrier.
Thanks to enabling direct access to Polish carriers, clients now gain full control over choosing the carrier themselves.
Currently available HD branch:
- PL Home Delivery HD (ID: 4162)
Starting February 16, the following branches will also be available:
- PL Polish Post 48 HD (ID: 272)
- PL InPost HD (ID: 3603)
- PL DPD HD (ID: 1406)
Important: The PL Home Delivery HD branch will remain available in our system.
