We would like to inform you that our services will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday 7 March from 22:00 to 03:00 (CET) due to planned system maintenance.
How will maintenance affect e-shops?
During the maintenance window, our services for e-shops will be completely unavailable:
- API
- submitting/creating shipments in the system
- client section
How will maintenance affect customers?
Our services for end customers will be limited:
- Z‑BOX pickup may work only if the customer already has a PIN or is logged into the app
- MK2C drop‑off with a pre‑generated PIN
- Pick‑up points will be able to release parcels (no card payment for COD)
