Packeta Slovakia – change of toll surcharge from 1 July 2025
Dear Partners,
We would like to inform you about changes to the toll surcharge effective from 1 July , 2025, which will be applied by Packeta Slovakia s. r. o. for the delivery of shipments:
- to Packeta Z-POINTs/Z-BOXes (Slovakia),
- via the carrier SK Packeta Home HD (ID 131), and
- to Hungary via the carrier HU FoxPost Box (ID 32970).
The adjustment of the toll surcharge amount is related to changes and increases in toll rates within the Slovak Republic, which have been approved by the Slovak government in accordance with the EU Directive and will take effect from July 1, 2025.
Overview of the new toll surcharge rates in EUR (price excluding VAT)
Delivery method: Packeta Z-POINTs / Z-BOXes (Slovakia), HU FoxPost Box Pick-up Points (ID 32970):
- Parcel up to 5 kg within Slovakia and abroad: 0,06 EUR
- Parcel up to 10 kg within Slovakia and abroad: 0, 18 EUR
- Parcel up to 15 kg within Slovakia and abroad: 0, 40 EUR
Delivery method: SK Packeta Home HD (ID 131):
- Per each started kg of parcel weight: 0, 04 EUR
The increase in toll rates will significantly impact the costs associated with parcel delivery, and in order to maintain the quality and reliability of your deliveries, it is necessary to adjust the amount of this surcharge.
