New version of Packeta Widget and feed
Are you using the latest version of Packeta feed and widget?
Dear clients,
As part of service improvements, we plan to deactivate old versions of Packeta feed (= data-based tool for PUDO/carrier selection) and Packeta Widget (= map-based tool for PUDO selection). We kindly ask you to check what version you’re using. You can find out why the update is important and what steps you need to take below.

What’s changing?
- From 1 April 2025, older versions of our widget will be deactivated.
What does this mean for you?
- If you’re using an older version, your existing solution may stop working or may no longer function properly within your individual settings.
- Switching to a newer version will allow you to take advantage of broader configuration options, enjoy better support for pick-up points and delivery boxes, choose from all carriers within our network, and provide a solution that’s faster and more stable.
Next steps?
- Apply the simple diagnostic tool from the attached instructions, no worries—even a casual user can manage.
- If there’s an issue and you’re using an external IT provider or an e-commerce solution, please forward this information to them so they can arrange the update.

What does this mean for you?
- If you’re using an older version (versions 1 thru 3), your solution will no longer work.
- Switching to a newer version will allow you to take advantage of a wider pick-up point network including boxes, all carriers within our network, and provide a solution that’s faster and more stable.

- If you manage the system internally, check your implementation following the instructions in the attached manual.
- If you’re using an external IT provider or an e-commerce solution, please forward this information to them so they can arrange the update.
