More About #BetweenUs in Hungary
We have launched Between Us in Hungary! What does this mean for you? It means that you can now send parcels to Hungary using the Between Us service via the mobile app Zásilkovna. All users using our app now have the option to select Hungary as the destination country for delivery in addition to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This gives Czechs the opportunity to send parcels to foreign destinations at great prices.
To the address and also to pick-up points
Parcels between individuals from the Czech Republic to Hungary to pick-up points must have a maximum dimension of 50 cm at the longest side, the sum of the length, width and height of the parcel must not exceed 120 cm and the weight must not exceed 5 kg.
New Service for Hungarian Customers
The Between Us service also works for parcel delivery in the Hungarian market. If the customer sends a parcel here, the price starts at 670 forints. The service works in all parameters the same way as in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. The customer fills in all the necessary details for sending the parcel in the app on his/her mobile phone. He/she brings the parcel to any Packeta submission point and only provides the generated password for the parcel. No lines, no unnecessarily long forms are necessary. As part of the Between Us service, customers can send parcels with or without cash on delivery applied.

How Does Between Us Work?
The parcel delivery service between individuals Between Us is very simple. The customer downloads the Zásilkovna app (available for both Android and iOS) to his/her mobile phone and enters his/her registration details, which are just his/her name, phone and email. Nothing more is needed. He/she enters these details only once, and the app remembers each subsequent parcel.
When sending a specific parcel, the customer fills in the sender’s details, chooses the destination pick-up point, selects additional services (e.g. cash on delivery) and pays by card online. The parcel is thus registered in the system and the customer can display the parcel identification password. The customer can then just package the parcel, take it to any submission point and inform the staff of the identification password. The staff will attach a label to the parcel and collect it from the customer.
The customer spends a few tens of seconds at the submission point itself, everything else is carried out from the comfort of home. No long waiting in lines, no filling out unnecessarily long paper forms. The delivery time for the parcel is usually one to two days.
