Launching cooperation with Poste Italiane from 5 August 2024

We are happy to share amazing news that some of you may have waited a long time for! From Monday 5 August, we’ll be launching a new partner carrier Italian Post and opening their services for delivery in Italy.

This launch will bring 2 new services to our portfolio: home delivery (ID 29192) and pick-up point delivery (ID 29660). 

About services from carrier Italian Post:

📦 IT Italian Post HD (ID 29192)
  • 2 delivery attempts: if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it is possible to request a redirection to a pick-up point or box of choice or another attempt to that address
  • Parcel size requirements: one side max 70 cm, sum of all 3 sides max 120 cm
  • Max parcel weight: 15 kg

📦 IT Italian Post PP (ID 29660)
  • Includes post offices only—more than 12 000 locations to choose from
  • Parcel size requirements: one side max 70 cm, sum of all 3 sides max 120 cm
  • Max parcel weight: 15 kg
Up to 10 kg real parcel weight, we do not apply volumetrics. Above 10 kg, volumetric weight is applied by formula: m: (width x length x height) x 250 = volumetric weight. 
 
Regions excluded from delivery will be islands and areas marked by the post as remote (see links below to view complete list of locations).

There will be 3 carriers to choose from for delivery to Italy moving forward: Bartolini, HR Parcel, and Italian Post.
