How to ship a parcel from Vinted via Z-BOX
Users of Vinted can ship items sold thru the platform via self-service Z-BOXes—conveniently, with no waiting in line, and whenever it suits you.
Z-BOXes are accessible 24/7 and you can basically find them on every corner. This possibility is available to Vinted users in Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.

How exactly does it work?
Once your item is sold, you will receive a 9-digit numeric code from Vinted. With this code, you can drop the parcel off at a regular drop-off point or choose to ship via a Z-BOX—the choice is yours.
When shipping via Z-BOX, you must write the 9-digit code and the recipient’s name legibly on the parcel. Use a permanent marker and make sure your writing is clear, so that our couriers can submit the parcel for transport.
Your nearest Z-BOX can be found in the Vinted app directly or you can use the Packeta mobile app pick-up point locater and filter Z-BOXes.

How to insert the parcel into a Z-BOX
Enter the 9-digit numeric code you received via Vinted after your item(s) sold (the same one you wrote on the parcel) to the Z-BOX using the keypad and confirm with the “Enter” button.
Use the numbers 1, 2, or 3 to select locker size most appropriate for your parcel (1 = S; 2 = M; 3 = L). Select a locker that fits your parcel comfortably without using force or squeezing the parcel in.
Insert the parcel into the open locker and close it.
You can only ship 1 parcel thru 1 locker. If you have more parcels to ship, repeat the above-mentioned process for each one.
What locker sizes are available?
At every Z-BOX, there are 3 locker sizes to choose from for dropping off your parcel. You can place parcels matching the maximum dimensions below into the Z-BOX (length × width × height):
S: 7 × 43 × 60 cm
M: 16 × 43 × 60 cm
L: 35 × 43 × 60 cm
If the parcel does not fit in the selected locker, do not close it, cancel the drop-off first. Press the number “0”, confirm with the “Enter” button and then close the locker. After that, begin the drop-off process again by entering the same code. This time, select a larger locker size.
