How to use Packeta mobile app
Our app is one of the most-downloaded in Czechia—it has repeatedly won awards and is available in 4 countries. Thru the app, it’s possible to pick up parcels, create shipping orders, extend parcel storage period, or pay COD. Paying cash-on-delivery thru the app is possible via the official payment gateway, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
Parcel shipping
You can ship your parcels via pick-up points or via Z-BOXes. Creating a shipping order within the app is done in a few clicks and the password for drop-off is the only thing you need for submission to transport.
Opening Z-BOXes
To open a Z-BOX locker when picking up a parcel, all you need is mobile internet connection, Bluetooth, and enabled location services. The app pairs your phone with the Z-BOX in your vicinity via Bluetooth and opens the locker containing your parcel.
Parcel pick-up
Once your parcel is ready for pick-up, you’ll find the pick-up password in the app. You need only show it to the pick-up point clerk. When picking up from a Z-BOX, follow the instructions of opening Z-BOX lockers.
Orders overview
In the Parcels section, you can see all your packages that are currently being delivered. In the Parcel archive section in My profile, you can see all received and shipped parcels.
Nearest pick-up point finder
If you click on the Pick-up points section in the app, a map with nearby locations will pop up. You can filter by pick-up points that allow card payment, are wheelchair-accessible, accept oversized parcels, etc.
Parcel sharing
If your parcel is ready for pick-up and you are unable to do so, you can have somebody else pick it up for you. Sharing parcel information with another user is possible directly in the app in just a few clicks.
Extending parcel storage period
You can extend your parcel’s storage period up to 2 times directly in the app. Click on the 3 red dots next to the parcel detail and then click Extend.
Enhanced notifications
Our notifications keep you informed about your parcel’s movements. This allows you to track the journey of each package in detail.
