Greece: Termination of cooperation with the carriers Taxydromiki and Speedex and change of return address
Dear partners,
Are you shipping parcels to Greece with us via Taxydromiki or Speedex? If so, we have two important updates for you:
- We are terminating our cooperation with the carriers Taxydromiki and Speedex. The last possible date to submit shipments via these carriers will be March 30, 2026. You may continue to send parcels to Greece using our other available carriers.
- At the same time, we are updating our return address in Greece. Please make sure the new return address is reflected in your systems and communicated to your clients no later than the end of March.
1) Termination of Cooperation with Carriers
As part of the optimization of our network, we are terminating our cooperation with the carriers GR Taxydromiki HD (ID 8847) and GR Speedex HD (ID 12235). The discontinuation of these carriers will take place according to the following schedule:
Monday, March 30 – Last day for system submission of shipments
Tuesday, March 31 – Carriers will no longer be available in our system
Friday, April 10 – Final day on which shipments will be dispatched to these carriers
What Do We Recommend?
Please hand over all shipments for Taxydromiki and Speedex early enough so they can be dispatched by Friday, April 10, 2026, which is the last dispatch day for these carriers.
Shipments that we are unable to process by April 10 due to late handover to our network will be automatically redirected to the carrier GR Elta HD and charged according to its current rates, not the original rates of Speedex or Taxydromiki.
We will continue delivering to Greece
For delivery to an address in Greece, after Taxydromiki and Speedex are deactivated, you can choose from the following carriers:
GR Elta HD (27954)
GR ACS HD (17465)
2) Change of Return Address
Due to the termination of our cooperation with the carrier Taxydromiki, it will no longer be possible to use the current return address in Greece.
The new return address will be provided by the carrier Elta. We kindly ask you to update the return address as soon as possible, no later than the end of March.
