Please note that these dates are valid for parcel delivery within our network—meaning drop-off at Czech depots or thru collective pick-up. If you prefer submission thru a drop-off point, we recommend doing it one day earlier.
As we have already informed you, our delivery company, Fastway, has stopped its operations due to the bankruptcy of its parent company. To ensure smooth and reliable delivery, we are redirecting all shipments to An Post, the Irish national postal service.
Since the international delivery services are provided by external partners, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that your customers have their parcels by 24 December.
