Adding services Open and Test by carrier Speedy in Bulgaria
Dear clients,
More wonderful news coming your way! Our transport partner Speedy is extending their home delivery services and from Monday, 12 August, will add 2 new ones: Test and Open.
These services will be available within home delivery in Bulgaria only and will be paid additions to service BG Speedy HD (ID 4015).
📦 About additional service Open
- Additional service that allows the recipient to open the delivered parcel in the presence of the courier and check its contents before accepting it
- Free of charge if the parcel requires COD
- If the parcel does not have COD, a fee of
1.20 BGN is charged—this fee is paid by the recipient before they get to keep the parcel - If the recipient decides not to keep the parcel after opening it, it gets returned to the courier and the recipient will be charged an additional fee for returning the parcel (see table below)

- Additional service that allows the recipient to test the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier for 10 minutes before accepting it
- Free of charge if the parcel requires COD
- If the parcel does not have COD, a fee of
1.20 BGN is charged—this fee is paid by the recipient before they get to keep the parcel - If the recipient decides not to keep the parcel after testing it, it gets returned to the courier
and the recipient will be charged an additional fee for returning the parcel (see table below)
